This journalling programme to transform anxiety and stress into emotional resilience is individually tailored to your specific needs with a total of eight, confidential, one-to-one, online sessions for mentoring and guidance, bookable when you need them.
It has been designed to be flexible and customisable so that you can use it in a way that suits you, the way you learn and your day-to-day life.
It is self-paced because self discovery and self growth happen at a different rate for everybody. There are no deadlines so you can work comfortably and without pressure.

Six online, one-to-one, 60 minute mentoring/guidance sessions for you to ask questions, discuss your experiences using the tools, adapt them to your needs and be encouraged and supported in your journal practice

Why work with me?
I understand that many people don't flourish in a group environment. Offering this programme on a one-to-one basis is particularly helpful to people who are naturally reserved and private, who become overwhelmed by others’ emotions, and dislike small talk, preferring deep, meaningful conversation.
My background as an occupational therapist in adult mental health has provided me with a wealth of experience of working with people from all walks of life with diverse life experiences. Much of my work draws on the skills and techniques I gained collaborating with psychologists, psychotherapists and working within a family therapy team.
I provide a calm, unrushed, collaborative and empowering space where you are truly listened to and heard. My approach is one of thoughtful, reflective guidance that supports your unique nature without trying to change who you are, rather enabling you to be your true self.
