Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your appointment: please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel and you'll receive a full refund. To cancel, go to "My bookings" when you log in. If you give less than 24 hours notice, your fee will be refunded less £15.00 administration fee. The admin fee does not apply to the Clarity Call. ​Rescheduling your appointment: please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Go to "My bookings" when you log in and reschedule your appointment. ​Missed appointments: if you miss your appointment, your fee will be refunded less £15.00 administration fee. The admin fee does not apply to the Clarity Call.
