How To Tell If The Flower Remedies Are Working
Some people can find it difficult to pinpoint the effects of the specific remedies so, along with your Personal Remedy Mix, you'll receive a wellbeing questionnaire to help you keep track of changes.
Simply fill in the questionnaire before you start taking your remedies and again when you finish the botttle. You don't have to use it if you don't want to, it's an optional extra.
